In the May 2019 issue of StewardCAST, LCMS Stewardship Ministry discusses how congregations can become better stewards of their human resources. The following two ways are provided:
- Congregations can make sure that financial stewardship issues are addressed on a regular basis, and
- Congregations can bring about great joy when it faithfully stewards its interpersonal relationships with its pastor.
This concern for human capital extends beyond the pastor to the lay leaders who, for some of them, have been helping in the congregation for years.
