LCMS-FTBF-Newsletter-Fall-2015-233x300The fall 2015 Free to be Faithful newsletter highlights the candid conversation that took place during the “Let’s Talk Life, Marriage and Religious Liberty” conference, held Sept. 8-10 in Washington, D.C.

Members of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod heard several keynote presenters, and they discussed defending life, marriage and religious liberty in the public square while confessing the faith in a uniquely Lutheran way.

The newsletter also includes information on legislation that would protect churches from losing tax-exempt status based on their belief in one-man/one-woman marriage, and it responds to the recent Boy Scouts of America decision to allow openly gay adult Scout leaders.
