In this Life Together Digest, the Rev. Dr. Matthew C. Harrison, president of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS), recognizes National Lutheran Schools Week in a discussion with Dr. Alan Freeman, the new director of LCMS School Ministry.

Harrison and Freeman discuss the theme of NLSW this year, “Making Disciples for Life,” and how Lutheran schools are one of our strongest tools for evangelism and outreach.

“It’s a great blessing to have over 1,800 Lutheran schools encountering students, parents, and families every day, making disciples for life as they spread the Gospel message,” said Freeman.
