These breakthroughs only come when God’s Word is brought to bear on the lives of individual stewards and their congregations by the Holy Spirit.
The breakthrough that is needed is one that directs the sinner/steward to look outside himself. This breakthrough in Jesus builds and sustains the community as the steward is forgiven and then wants to give forgiveness to those around him.
