The first level of trust is trust in the Lord. The second level of trust is the trust that the individual stewards have in those who are the steward leaders in the congregation. This two-fold trust is essential if faithful stewardship is to be refined among God’s people.
The cultivation of this trust is essential for steward leaders in the congregation. It can be a huge burden, but steward leaders can find comfort in the fact that their service is being led by the Holy Spirit.
