Hosted by LCMS Rural & Small Town Mission, the Rev. Mark Wood, director of LCMS Witness & Outreach and LCMS Revitalization, led a webinar titled “No-Cost Revitalization Resources for LCMS Congregations” on Dec. 15, 2022.

There are a number of questions to think through when considering the vitality and the viability of a congregation. To help with this process, LCMS Revitalization created the re:Vitality suite of resources to help Lutheran congregations assess their stage of development or decline and then actively address the factors that are having a negative impact on the congregation’s vitality.

Re:Vitality resources are built around a practical process and useful tools that you can adapt to meet the unique opportunities and challenges of your context. The modules address topics such as congregational outreach, engaging inactive members, assimilation and incorporation, and strategic planning for congregations.
