Many church workers struggle with balancing time at work and time with family or those who are battling depression, high anxiety or secondary trauma.
Gunderson, a licensed marriage and family therapist intern at Lutheran Family Service, explores how congregations can help and support their church workers, and what church workers can do to prevent burnout.
