On June 24, 2022, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a ruling on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. The court overturned Roe v. Wade by asserting that the Constitution does not confer a right to abortion and returned the issue to the states.
The church rejoices that the ruling upholds the value of human life, while it also prays for those who are hurting and afraid.
