
The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod’s (LCMS) Stewardship Ministry offers free workshops to help pastors and laity collaborate on stewardship: the free and joyous activity of God’s family, the church, in managing life’s resources for His purposes.

Stewardship presenters
Rev. Joseph Schlie

The Rev. Joseph Schlie serves as a stewardship presenter for The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS). He and his fellow presenters are active parish pastors trained to visit circuits around the LCMS, presenting both to pastors and lay leaders on the topic of stewardship.
Schlie is the associate pastor of Immanuel Lutheran Church and School in Perryville, Mo. He graduated from Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne (2019). Prior to seminary, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance at Indiana University.
Schlie and his wife, Kristen, have five children.
Rev. Matthew Moss

The Rev. Matthew Moss serves as a stewardship presenter for The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS). He and his fellow presenters are active parish pastors trained to visit circuits around the LCMS, presenting to both pastors and lay leaders on the topic of stewardship.
Moss serves as senior pastor of St. John’s Lutheran Church and School in Corcoran, Minn. He also serves as chairman of the Constitution Committee for the LCMS Minnesota South District, reviewing new or revised constitutions and bylaws for congregations, schools and other ministries.
Moss has a Master of Divinity from Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne (2012), and a Master of Arts in Old Testament Biblical Studies from Durham University in England (2013). Prior to seminary, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Languages and Religious Studies at Concordia University Ann Arbor, Ann Arbor, Mich.
Moss and his wife, Dr. Katie Moss, who serves as kantor at St. John’s, have three children.
Rev. Jesse Schlie

The Rev. Jesse Schlie serves as a stewardship presenter for The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS). He and his fellow presenters are active parish pastors trained to visit circuits around the LCMS, presenting to both pastors and lay leaders on the topic of faithful, Christian stewardship.
Schlie is the pastor of St. John Lutheran Church in. He is a graduate of Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne (2019). Before seminary, he earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University, majoring in history.
Schlie and his wife, Keegan, have five children.
Rev. Sean Kilgo

The Rev. Sean Kilgo serves as a stewardship presenter for The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS). He and his fellow presenters are active parish pastors trained to visit circuits around the LCMS, presenting to both pastors and lay leaders on the topic of faithful, Christian stewardship. Additionally, he serves as the campus ministry coordinator for the LCMS Kansas District.
Kilgo is the pastor of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Lawrence, Kan., serving both the community and the students of the University of Kansas. He is a graduate of Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne. He completed his Master of Divinity work in 2015 and served as a graduate assistant pursuing a Master of Sacred Theology in 2015–2016. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of New Mexico.
Kilgo and his wife, Michelle, have two children.
