- The Lutheran Church Charities K-9 Comfort Dog Ministry is a national ministry utilizing the unique skills of dogs, specifically golden retrievers, to open opportunities to touch people with mercy and compassion.
- Lutheran Special Education Ministries has a long tradition of providing for the specialized learning needs of children. Since the 1870s, LSEM has sought to bring the love of Jesus to children in need in a variety of ways.
