“Digging Deeper” is a series of in-depth Bible studies. Families can utilize these as a guide for discussing and diving deeper into important faith topics. These studies are intended for use with participants near the age of confirmation instruction all the way to adults.
The series includes:
- The seven-session “God’s Answers” study, which covers sections of the Augsburg Confession and contemplates how worldviews and media can undercut the truth in God’s Word;
- The seven-session “Important Words” study, which defines words like “faith,” “forgiveness,” “freedom” and “Gospel” and considers them in the Christian context;
- The five-session “Living Planted” study, which considers the roles and duties God assigns to each of us in our lives as Christians; and
- The four-session “Our Questions” study, which discusses the Book of Job and teaches us to view suffering in light of the suffering Jesus endured for us.
For each study, a student guide and a separate leader guide, with discussion points and answers, are available.
